Tours:  Distillery Only - About 30 minutes  $17 per person ages 13 and up, ages 12 and under are $8.50 per person  Tour the main floor of the dam & see our distillery and barrel room.  You will also see our bottling room and learn how we produce our products. This is handicap accessible as there are no stairs. You can bring a camera. Tours start at the top of every hour!  The last tour starts at 4 pm CST.  Tickets can be purchased inside the gift shop. Arrive at least 10 min early so you have time to check in. 

Distillery plus History Tour Add On - About 60 minutes. $32 per person ages 13 and over, $16 per person ages 12 and under. After seeing the distillery & barrel room, our guide will take you on an exploration of the rest of the building, including the underground tunnels! Learn our history & hear ghost stories. This is not handicap accessible. You must be ok with climbing a few sets of stairs & being in dark spaces. Flashlights & cameras encouraged. Please wear sturdy shoes & dress comfortably.

Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery  Making up for 100 years of Prohibition!  Opened in March 2015 and located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, our Experimental Distillery is the first distillery to craft whiskey in Chattanooga in over 100 years. With over 100 different barrels maturing in the aging cellar, every visit to the Experimental Distillery is an exploration of the past, present, and future of hand-crafted bourbon. Stop by for a tour and tasting and to check out our latest releases. 

Tours:  Approximately 1 hour in duration.  $16 per person.  Must be aged 21 or older.  Learn our history, our craft production process, and what makes the Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery the only distillery of its kind in the country. At the end of the tour, guests can sample our award-winning whiskey with a one-of-kind whiskey flight of our latest offerings.  Book in advance online

Every drop of our spirits are a mixture of science and taste – crafted as an indulgence, a small moment of delight in your day.  We distill in small batches for big flavor and quality control. We simply can’t stop coming up with new flavors, seasonal releases, and new lines of spirits for you to enjoy in restaurants, cocktail bars and as home DIY bartenders.

We are a family owned, small batch distillery founded in 2018 and located within the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo Terminal Station. Come visit us soon for a tour, a tasting, or a cocktail!

Tours:  Approximately 1 hour.  $14 per person, ages 21 and over only.  Includes a tasting of our award-winning vodka, gin, rum, absinthe, agave and whiskey.  10% off all bottle sales for tour participants. Book in advance

tsali notch vineyard

Tsali Notch Vineyard is surrounded by majestic mountain views in lush foothills in Madisonville, Tennessee. We specialize in wines and products from the Muscadine, “America’s wild grape™,” which is indigenous to the Southeastern U.S. The vineyard only uses Muscadines grown on their property in their award-winning wines which have a unique and robust flavor and are among the foods highest in health-giving antioxidants (resveratrol). Our muscadines are grown on over 6000 vines on 21 miles of trellis, covering 35 acres of a 202-acre estate. The property has an average elevation of 1150 feet and is ringed by sweeping mountain views.

 

Vineyard TOURS: 20 minutes long. $10 per person ages 6 and up, $5 children ages 3-5, Free ages 2 and under. Enjoy a tour of our vineyard and get an inside look at how we care for our 35 acres of muscadine vines and an in-depth history of how we got started and why we are crazy about Americas Wild Grape®.

Tours are offered Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 12pm-4pm. Book online with real time availability.

 

Tasting Room: $10 per person aged 21 and older. Tasting Room Hours: Wednesday and Thursday: 12pm – 6pm, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 10am-6pm. Please note the tasting room operates on a first come first served basis! Your ticket does not expire and is redeemable at any time during our tasting room operating hours! Book online  The Tasting includes a sample of four muscadine wines and a muscadine juice (based on the menu for the day) and includes the Tsali Notch Vineyard souvenir glass that you will take home.   Juice is available for those under 21 years of age to enjoy at the end!
